My blonde Dashchund biting his feet and legs

What can I do, my dog continues to scratch bite his legs and feet excessively. I have sprayed him with antifungals and hotspot sprays,, He has sores and loss of hair where he keeps biting himself.

I would suggest you take your dog to the vet to be looked at. He could have an allergy.
